District Information

Dear Cub Presidents,

At the Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs Convention in April there will be a 36’ panel of Virginia. Each District are asked to create their 6’ area. We are to use items and pictures that depict well known items in our area, such as the Mill Mountain Star, Natural Bridge and many more.  Jean Summerbelt and I have been tasked to create the Panel for the Blue Ridge District. 

We would like from you a current picture of your club doing a project. Also if you have any the ‘Cats Meow’ wooden plaques that show spots in your area, like Mabry’s Mill, and any other place considered well known. 

We need these items by the end of March. Please email me what you have that we might use.  We can make arrangements to pick up the items. It will be returned after the convention. 
Please help us on this!!  We would like the Blue Ridge District to be the best layout!
