The Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs website is pleased to list on its website any event sponsored in any way by a member club, school or council.

If a VFGC member club is sponsoring an event, whether it is a plant sale, Standard Flower Show, wildflower seminar or meeting, please send the information to us and we'll list your event on this calendar. The information should include:

  1.   Event name

  2. Sponsoring garden club (including president's name and address)

  3. Event location, event date(s) and time(s)

  4. Any information about the event (i.e., special highlights, interesting classes, anything you think is unusual, etc.

  5. Admission fee

  6. If event is open to the public

  7. Contact name and telephone number or e-mail address to be published on website

Your information should be sent at least 4 weeks in advance. We may be in touch with you for further information before we post your event on our site.
